KDOI Tournament 2026

这里是 KDOI 出题组。我们高兴地向各位宣布：从 2026 年起，我们将举行每个赛季的 KDOI Tournament。每个赛季由 5 场系列赛组成，且均为 Rated 比赛，具体信息如下：

第一场：KDOI Tournament Preliminary Round。
- 时间：8 月的最后一个星期日，14:00 ~ 16:00 (UTC +8)；
- 比赛形式：笔试竞赛，可在比赛OICon Testing Round 1（笔试测试）1 中体验笔试竞赛的相关系统；
- 题型分布：共三个大题，包含 单项选择、阅读程序、完善程序，满分 100 分；
- Rated 上限：1899。
第二场：KDOI Tournament Advanced Round 1。
- 时间：9 月或 10 月的某一天，具体日期待定，14:30 ~ 18:30 (UTC +8)；
- 比赛形式：OI 赛制（赛时测试 Examples），可在比赛OICon Testing Round 2（OI 赛制测试）2 中体验编程竞赛的相关系统；
- 题型分布：共四道编程题目，每题满分 100 分，共 400 分。
- Rated 上限：2399。
第三场：KDOI Tournament Advanced Round 2。
- 时间：11 月的某一天，具体日期待定，14:00 ~ 18:30 (UTC +8)；
- 比赛形式：OI 赛制（赛时测试 Examples）；
- 题型分布：共四道编程题目，每题满分 100 分，共 400 分。
- Rated 上限：2799。
第四场：KDOI Tournament Semifinals。
- 时间：次年 2 月，具体日期待定，分两天，每天的 8:00 ~ 13:00 (UTC +8)；
- 比赛形式：OI 赛制（赛时测试 Examples）；
- 题型分布：共六道编程题目，每天各三道，每题满分 100 分，共 600 分。
- Rated 上限：无上限。
第五场：KDOI Tournament Finals。
- 时间：次年 6 月或 7 月，具体日期待定，分两天，每天的 8:00 ~ 13:00 (UTC +8)；
- 比赛形式：OI 赛制（赛时测试 Pretests）；
- 题型分布：共六道编程题目，每天各三道，每题满分 100 分，共 600 分。
- Rated 上限：无上限。

Error_YuanOICon Just some several questions on the OI part, are the templates allowed if you have been already using some for CP or it should be a scratch code, is there also a possibility of having English statements for each problem, just like Preliminary Round. I also want to ask what are the requirement of progressing to the next round if that hasn't been clarified.

Templates are allowed :) We also plan to release oicon.h as a template file (just like atcoder.h)
There will be English statements (and maybe also other languages like Japanese) for ALL contest problems.
In the first series, there won't be any requirements for all rounds (including semifinals and finals).
